Do you take custom orders?
Yes, we certainly do! MoonRose Paper Co is our shop where Products created by our team at Dee's Design Den Live and thrive. What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
We do accept returns and cancellations under these terms:
Please Contact Us within 3 days of delivery for a return
Request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase
Please check your information thoroughly before placing your order.
We do not accept exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Refunds will only be accepted for Damaged or Defective items. Returns will not be accepted for

Where are your products manufactured?
We are black woman owned, AND operated Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We handmake and create 80% of our stock in house currently and carefully select our manufacturing partners for the rest to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
When will I get my order?
We are a made to order handmade shop ran by a small team. We are always working quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Apparel Items will take 2-7 business days to fulfill
Non-Apparel Items will take 2-5 business days.
A large percentage of orders are shipped within 5 business days.
Products will ship after they have been fulfilled
Our orders are shipping using US flat rate mail, with the expected delivery time of 2-4 days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
